针对越南广宁热电厂一期工程2×300MW机组锅炉钢管排安装及其焊接施工中的实际问题,阐述了施工前的考量因素;从管排组装、焊口组对、焊接工艺、检测等方面提出了实施方案;解决了合理组装管排、缩短吊装时间、堵绝焊接死口、避免焊口返修以及管排过烧现象等施工难题。为确保工程进度和机组的安全运行奠定了基础。

Based on the practical issue of boiler steel pipeline installation and its welding construction in the phase one unit in Vietnam Quang Ninh thermal power plant 2×300MW,this paper expounded the consideration factors before construction.The implementation schedule on pipeline assembly,welding joints butt course,welding craft,test and other aspects were raised.The essay also has solved the construction problems such as the reasonable assemble the pipeline,shorten the lifting and installation time,prohibit the welding blind area,avoid from the repair and rework on the welding joints,and over-burnt on the pipelines.All these will ensure the project schedule and have laid a good foundation for the safety operation of the unit.
