高原天然染料共敏化对DSC性能的影响 被引量:1

The effect of plateau natural dye co-sensitization on the performance of the dye-sensitized solar cell

摘要 本文利用类胡萝卜素分别于叶绿素和花青素共敏,通过对共敏化染料的可见吸收光谱测试和共敏化太阳能电池的光电性能测试,实验结果证明:这种共敏化的方法可以在可见光范围内有效提高电池的吸光度,使得电池的性能有大幅度提高,在模拟太阳光下,当花青素与类胡萝卜素的摩尔比为3∶1时得到电池的光电效率最佳,其开路电压为469 mV,短路电流为0.359mA/cm2。 The dye chlorophyll and anthocyanin mixture with Carotenoids carotenoid respectively is used to sensitize DSC.It is proved that the absorption of DSC can be improved in visible light by co-sensitization.I-V measurements showed that the optimal ratio of anthocyanin and carotenoids was 3∶ 1.The cell can get a VOC(open circuit voltage) of 469mV and a I(short circuit photocurrent) of 0.359 mA/cm2.
