摘要
为了探讨青海地区牦牛源细粒棘球绦虫株系间基因序列差异,确定其基因型、地理分布及优势虫株,有效地预防牦牛包虫病的发生,对获得的51株细粒棘球蚴线粒体CO!基因进行了测序并构建了系统发育树。研究结果显示,所检测的51个细粒棘球绦虫分离株基因序列与GenBank中检索到的普通羊株(G1型)全基因同源性达到99%以上,均为普通羊株(G1型)。
The aim of the current study was to investigate the genotype of Echinococcus granulosus obtained from yaks in Qinghai province,and provide the foundational data for prevention and control of Echinococcosis of yaks.The genetic polymorphism of 51 isolates of Echinococcus granulosus were analyzed.It was demonstrated that the genetic homology of these isolates with the complete mitochondrial G1 genome referenced in GenBank(AF297617)was over 99%,thus,all these isolates are identified as common sheep strain.
