摘要 以聚丙烯酸、正硅酸乙酯和氨水为原料制备了中空二氧化硅球,随后使用甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)进行表面修饰,最后通过简单的涂覆法得到了接触角为156°,滚动角小于5°的超疏水涂层,通过亲水亲油性测试、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等对产物结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明,MTMS成功的对中空二氧化硅球进行了改性。 Hollow silica nanoparticles have been prepared by using polyacrylic acid,tetraethoxysilane and ammonia solution,and a superhydrophobic coating with the maximum static water contact angles of 156° and the sliding angles of less than 5° was obtained by basing on methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS) modified hollow silica.The structures and properties of the products were characterized by hydrophobic investigation,scanning and transmission electron microscopes.The results indicated that the hollow silica could be modified by MTMS successfully.
