摘要
本文以卢卡斯的内生经济增长理论为基础,通过建立向量自回归模型,运用脉冲响应函数以及方差分解等方法,对山东省人力资本对经济增长的影响进行动态研究。研究结果显示:山东省人力资本对经济增长的影响具有一定的滞后性和阶段性。最后提出了对策和建议。
Based on the theory of endogenous economic growth and the VAR model,the impulse response function and variance decomposition method are used to analyze the dynamic effect of human capital to economic growth in Shandong.The analysis result indicates that the effect of human capital in Shandong lags behind economic growth.Finally,some methods and suggestions are given.
