摘要
目的探讨洋甘菊提取物对高脂模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法:以高脂模型大鼠为研究对象,将动物实验组分别灌胃给予不同剂量的洋甘菊提取物4周,对照组给予等容积的蒸馏水。每两周测定血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果:给予洋甘菊提取物4周后,给予高、中剂量洋甘菊提取物的动物血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量明显下降,但高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量无变化。结论洋甘菊提取物对血脂有一定的调节作用。
Objective to explore the regulatory effect of Uigur traditional Herb chamomile extract on serum lipid of experimental hyperlipidmia rats .Methods Case groups were fed with different dosage of Uigur traditional Herb chamomile extract for 4 weeks,while the control groups were treated with equal cubage of water .The contents of serum total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were determined every two weeks.Results Fed with Uigur traditional Herb chamomile extract for 4 weeks,Uigur traditional Herb chamomile extract could regulate the level of serum TC and TG.In the high dosage and mediumdosage group , serum TC and TG were decreased significantly .But Uigur traditional Herb chamomile extract had no effect on the level of serum HDL-C.Conclusions The celery extract had regulatory effects on blood serum lipid of rats .
