摘要
目前IEC 61850第1版(国内配套标准DL/T860)在数字化变电站得到了广泛的应用。为了应对新的应用和提高互操作性,2011年,国际电工委员会(IEC)发布了IEC 61850第2版。为了保障系统投资和减少产品开发的工作,有必要研究IEC 61850第1版与第2版的兼容性,实现系统的平滑过渡。在分析和总结了两个版本之间的不同和兼容性的基础上,给出了如何实现兼容性的建议和实际用例。
Currently ,IEC 61850 edition 1 ( DL/T860 in China ) has been widely used in power substation automation .To cover new applications field and improve interoperability of intelligent electronic device (IED),edition 2 of IEC 61850 was released in 2011.Users and vendors expect compatibility of the two editions in order to safeguard invests in automation systems and product developments .The paper shows the differences of the two editions and presents how to achieve compatibility in practical use cases .In form of a user guideline the findings for compatibility are summarized .
