摘要 PET热灌装瓶,在高吹气压力(33bar以上)和高模温(120℃以上)条件下成型,瓶子具有较高的结晶度(30%),具有较好的耐热性能,能够在灌装80℃~95℃的内容物后不出现明显胀瓶、板框塌陷等瓶子变形,并在封盖后利用产品本身的温度对包装容器内壁及瓶盖进行杀菌,已成为聚酯瓶中增长最快的品种之一。本文重点介绍了满口容量、物理力学性能、瓶子存储条件对PET热灌装瓶受热变形问题的影响,并对解决措施进行初步的探讨。 After blowed under the conditions of high gas pressure(above 33 bar) and mold temperature(above 120 ℃),PET hot filling bottles had the high degree of crystallinity(30%) and owned excellent heat resistance performance.After filled with 80-95 ℃ drink,PET hot filling bottles hadn't obvious deformation,such as bulge,plate and frame collapse and so on.Moreover,PET hot filling bottles and caps could be sterilized by the drink filled inside.PET hot filling bottles become one of the fastest growing varieties in polyester bottles.This paper mainly introduces the effect of the physical and mechanical properties,overflow capacity,and storage conditions of PET hot filling bottles on its heat resistance performance.And the improve methods were discussed also.
