摘要
通过对脱硫石膏基本理化性能及杂质的分析认为,可以利用脱硫石膏作水泥缓凝剂并进行工业化应用,并深入研究了脱硫石膏掺入后对水泥凝结时间、强度等各种性能的影响。研究表明:脱硫石膏属于二水硫酸钙脱硫产物,含少量杂质,主要理化性能与天然石膏具有相似性,脱硫石膏加入对水泥性能不仅无不良影响,而且还有促进作用,完全可以取代天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂。在技术上不但可行,在经济上还具有成本优势,进一步探索了烟气脱硫渣的综合利用途径。
This paper analyzes and studies the basic physical and chemical properties and impurities of desulphurization gypsum which is used as cement retarder in industrial application.It makes a deep analysis of the impacts of cement retarder with FGD gypsum on condensing time and strength.And the research results show that FGD gypsum is calcium sulfate dehydrate of byproduct desulfurization with little impurity.The main physical and chemical properties of it are similar to that of natural gypsum.FGD gypsum has no negative effect on the cement properties;instead,it plays a promoting role in them.FGD gypsum can totally replace natural gypsum as cement retarder,which is feasible in technology and has cost advantage.The paper also explores the effective way to comprehensive utilization of FGD gypsum.
