论新建炼化企业消防队伍的组建

DISCUSSION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FIREFIGHTING BRIGADE FOR NEW REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISES

目前,国内一些炼化项目正在建设或即将开工建设,根据《中华人民共和国消防法》,新建炼化企业应组建消防队,消防队需要配备多少人?采用何种模式?何时组建等是必须要考虑的问题。在对国内炼化企业消防队进行调研的基础上,对新建炼化企业如何组建消防队进行探讨。

Currently,some refining and petrochemical projects are under construction or will be under construction.According to Fire Control Law of the People's Republic of China,new refinery and petrochemical enterprises should establish firefighting brigades.Therefore,the issues including how many people firefighting brigades need,which model to select and when to establish must be considered.Based on investigations about firefighting brigades of domestic refinery and petrochemical enterprises,this paper discusses on how to establish firefighting brigades and firefighting system.
