炉前排烟在电炉烟气净化系统改造中的应用

Application of Furnace Front Exhaust in Flue Gas Purification System Reform

针对陕西某工业硅有限公司矿热炉出炉烟气泄漏问题,提出了增大主风机风量与增加炉前排烟两种解决方案,通过对两种方案的成本及预计效果的综合分析,采用了炉前排烟方案。经过近两年的运行改善,保持了稳定的炉况,对烟气的净化效果良好。

In view of ore furnace flue gas leakage in a industrial silicon limited company in Shanx i,two solutions are put forward to increase the main fan air volume and the furnace front exhaust,and through the comprehensive analysis on the cost and the expected results of two kind of schemes,the furnace exhaust scheme is better.After nearly two years of operation and improvement,it maintains stable and does well in flue gas purification.
