摘要
光伏太阳能产业主要以太阳能电池产品为主,在生产过程中产生了大量的含氟废水.目前含氟废水主要采用化学沉淀法进行处理,但是这种单一的方法难以实现出水氟离子质量浓度< 10 mg/L的国家工业废水排放标准.针对某实际工程,通过将化学沉淀法与絮凝沉淀法相结合的两级处理工艺,串联处理太阳能电池生产过程中产生的含氟废水,在以pH值控制在8~ 12之间为基础条件的情况下,最终实现氟离子质量浓度由进水的400 mg/L下降至8mg/L,低于国家工业废水排放标准对氟离子的排放要求.
The solar products are the main products of the PV industry,but there still produces much Fluorine-containing wastewater.Currently the chemical precipitation is the main treatment method used to treat fluorine-containing wastewater,but this single way can.t meet the national emission standards for industr ial wastewater of [ F] < 10 mg/ L.So the combination of chemical precipitation and coagulating sedimentation method is applied to treat the fluorine-containing wastewater from solar products manufacturing and under conditions controlling pH in 8 to 12,finally concentration of [ F] can be decreased from 400 mg/ Lin input water to 8 mg/ Lin output water,lower than that stipulated in the national emission standards for industrial wastewater.
