摘要
目的探讨在"优质护理服务示范工程"(简称"示范工程")活动中实施责任包干制护理小组排班模式的做法及成效。方法对内一科病区13名护士按责任包干制护理小组排班模式排班,并于该模式实施前后各选取110例患者发放问卷进行满意度调查,并对基础护理落实率、患者投诉次数及陪护率进行统计分析。结果对实施前后患者满意度、基础护理落实率及陪护率进行比较,实施后患者投诉次数显著减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任包干制护理小组排班模式从本质上体现了"以患者为中心"的护理服务理念,符合原卫生部"示范工程"活动的质量标准,能够提高护理服务质量,有利于现有护理人力资源的科学、合理利用,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To explore the practice and effectiveness of the activities of'quality care demonstration project'('demonstration project') responsibility contract system care team scheduling model.Methods 13 nurses in the first internal medicine were scheduled according to responsibility contract system care team scheduling model.Each selected questionnaires of 110 patients' satisfaction survey and implementation of basic nursing rate,the number of complaints of patients and accompanying rate for statistical analysis.Results Prior to the implementation of the satisfaction of the patients,after the implementation of the basic care and escort rates between the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);after the implementation,there was a significant reduction in the number of complaints of patients.Conclusion Responsibility contract system care team scheduling model essentially reflects the 'patient-centered'care service concept,in line with the quality standards of the Ministry of Public Health'demonstration project'activities to improve the quality of care,is conducive to the existing nursing human resources in science and rational use,so it is worth popularization and application in clinical care.
