县域义务教育均衡发展:理想与现实--来自广西武鸣县的报告

摘要 广西武鸣县在义务教育均衡发展改革方面在广西处于领先地位,于2009年获得"全国推进义务教育均衡发展先进地区"的荣誉称号。在其成绩之余,这种均衡发展水平也存在一定的问题,本研究通过实地调研发现该县义务教育均衡发展改革中存在的不均衡的主要表现,通过访谈和问卷调查总结了基层期望政府在推进义务教育均衡发展改革中需要进一步加强的措施,总结了基层对什么是义务教育均衡的理解及其满足条件的优先顺序。 Wuming county takes the lead in the reform and development of compulsory education in Guangxi Autonomous Zone,and was awarded the honor of the advanced areas of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in the nation in 2009.Despite it has obtained some achievement,it still has some problems.This article tends to find what the unbalanced problems remains in the progress of the reform in Wuming County through the field survey,the analysis of the questionnaire and consultation of the staff,and it sumerizes the measures that people expect the government to take in the ongoing progress and the understanding of the balanced development of compulsory education from the staff works in the grass roots,and the preferential orders of the terms which the balanced development of compulsory education requires.
