中职生人格特质对其社会适应能力影响的调查研究--自我价值感的中介作用

Investigation of secondary vocational students’ personality traits influence on their social adaptability——The intermediary role of self-esteem

本研究采用问卷调查法,探讨中职生人格特质、自我价值感与社会适应能力的关系。研究结果发现:中职生人格特质中的神经质和精神质两个维度与社会适应能力呈显著负相关;而人格特质中的内外向性和自我价值感的各维度,包括总体自我价值感、一般和特殊自我价值感及社会、个人自我价值感等,都与社会适应能力呈显著正相关。同时,中职生人格特质和自我价值感能显著预测其社会适应能力;自我价值感在人格特质对社会适应能力的预测作用中起到部分中介作用。

This study used a questionnaire method investigating Social adaptability and the relationship of personality traits,Self-worth about secondary school student.The results showed that secondary vocational students’two dimensions of the personality trait including Neuroticism and Psychoticism are significant negative correlation with Social adaptation ability.However,the introversion and extraversion of personality and the dimensions of Self-worth,including overall self-worth General and Special self-worth,Social and Sense of personal self-worth,are significantly positively correlated with the Social adaptation ability.At the same time,personality traits and Self-worth could significantly predicte the Social adaptation ability of secondary school student.Self-worth in the predictive effect of personality on social adaptability to play the part of the intermediary role.
