The Game Theory Paradigm for Research of Rights Transfering in University Organization

大学组织权利主体之间存在着亦此亦彼的博弈关系。在博弈的语境下,权利主体的利益诉求、策略与均衡的模型分析是研究大学组织权利转移的分析框架。运用博弈理论研究大学组织权利转移,不是要绝对化地强调分权或集权的优势,而是以基层院系努力进取作为期望均衡策略,来洞察博弈的过程与问题的根源所在。因此,博弈视野下围绕大学组织权利的制度构建,需要以期望均衡为目标,通过行为策略的调整,最终形成大学组织的良性运行秩序。

The gaming relationship for both A and B exists between rights-subjects of university organization.In the gaming context,the interests demand from the rights-subjects,the mathematical model analysis based on strategies and equilibrium could become a theoretical research paradigm for researching rights transfering.The advantages of centralization or separation of rights wouldn't be absolutely emphasized from game theory view,and the enterprising effort made by the college and department as the expected equilibrium should be carried out to probe into the gaming process and the cause of problem.So the institution construction surrounding the rights transfering of university organization from game theory view would regard the expected equilibrium as objective,and it would develop good orders for university organization through adjusting the behavior strategies.
