摘要
一般认为,乱世出教育家,逆境造就教育家。然而,关于教育家的统计资料显示:乱世与治世、逆境与顺境均能成就教育家。这是因为环境只为教育家发展提供了一定的条件,教育家要善于巧妙地利用环境,并将其转化为正向发展的动力。因此,培养教育家必须努力提升其自身的自主性、独立性与创造性。当下的环境虽然能够产生教育家,但真正的教育家需要经过历史的考量。
It is generally considered that adversity and war periods can mould great educators but according to statistics from the situation of educator,both adversity and favorable times can mould educator.The reason of this is that environment only provides some conditions.Environment is only the external cause and object in the philosophy.The formation of educator depends on the internal cause,subject.The educators themselves should take the advantage of the environment and change it into the positive power,so culturing of educators should focus on their autonomy,independence and creativity.The environment today may create educators,but it is hard to judge who is a great educator.The real outstading educator should be tested by the history.
