摘要
20世纪90年代以来,美国高校纷纷开设新生研讨课,以优化高等教育对学生的影响。南卡罗来纳大学101项目经过40年的发展,具备了很强的系统性、目的性、针对性,成为美国高校新生研讨课公认的标杆。该项目由目标、学习成果、四门课程、教学团队、课外活动、奖励等要素组成。该项目表现出四个特点:101项目指向新生学习与生活两方面内容、目标导向性强、注重教师教学发展培训、运行体系缜密。
Currently in its 40th year serving the University of South Carolina,101 Program is both an academic department and a course.The study introduces the Goals,Learning Outcomes and Course Requirements of the 101 Program.The study suggests that freshman seminars should include both academic orientation and life orientation,instructor training is necessary and operation system is important.
