摘要 工程排序优化的方法主要有穷举法、图解法和约翰逊规则等,但是当产品数目和工序数目都大于或等于3时,上述所列方法将变得很困难.本文介绍一种新而简捷的工程排序优化方法——矩阵法.该法是在保证流水施工的条件下,寻求施工项目(或施工段)最优排列顺序的方法,其优化目标是计算总工期最短. Construction sequence optimization methly indudes the method of exhaustion, graphical method and Johnson rules, and so on. However, when the number of products and processes are greater than or equal to the number three, the above methods listed will become very difficult. This paper introduces a new and simple construction sequence optimization method —the matrix method. By guarantecing water construction condition, this method is weed to seek he optimal sequence construction projects (or construction section) tmethod, and the optimization goal is to get shortest total duration of calculation.
