摘要
拉延筋是控制汽车覆盖件成形过程及质量的重要工艺措施之一,拉延筋阻力是拉延工艺设计中配置拉延筋和板料成形有限元数值模拟中设定拉延筋模型的依据.本文对半圆单筋、半圆双筋、方筋和拉延槛等四种形式拉延筋(槛)的拉延阻力进行了有限元数值模拟与试验,二者结果吻合良好,可作为工艺设计和工艺过程数值模拟分析的依据.
Drawbeads are important factors to control forming process and quality of automobile panel production. Accurate determination of drawbead restraining force is essential to the configuration of drawbeads in process design and to the numerical simulation of sheet metal forming. In this paper, both simulation and experiment on the drawbead restraining force respect to single semicircle, double semicircle and square shaped drawbeads and draw cage are carried out with FEA and with specific drawbead restraining force testing device respectively. The simulation results are in good accordance with the experiments, which shows that FE simulation can be used to predict the drawbead restraining force with good accuracy and to provide reference for drawing process design and FE virtual analysis of sheet metal forming.
