低透析液流量血液透析的对照研究

Comparative Study of Hemodialysis with a Low Dialysate Flow Rate

为了确定血液透析患者在降低透析液流量后是否出现并发症,本文以300 ml/min作为透析液流量对18例患者进行了对照研究。结果表明,低透析液流量时的血液透析对患者的近期健康状况、透析器清除率和各种血液系生化指标与500 ml/min的常规血液透析液流量时相比无明显性差异,而其费用却大大减少。

In order to determine whether the dialysate flow rate can be reduced in chronic renal failure patients without side effect,a comparative study was undertaken with a dialysate flow rate of 300 ml/min in18 patients.We found that when they were dialyzed with adialysate flow rate of 500 ml/min there were no significant differences in the clearance rate,patient health situation and biochemical parameters.However,the cost was greatly reduced.
