摘要
通过正交实验,以阴离子-非离子型表面活性剂为主和其他助剂复配,研制出一种水基常温金属清洗剂,对清洗剂的基本性能、荧光探伤裂纹和毛粗面清洗效果进行了测试。结果表明,该清洗剂清洗效率达到98%,低泡无磷,对金属腐蚀性小和不淬灭荧光,是适用于对钢铁、铝合金等金属探伤的通用型清洗剂。
A new normal-temperature water-based metal washing agent was prepared in this paper.It is developed for the use of the fluorescent penetrating inspection.The components of the cleaning agent are optimized in orthogonal experimental method.The basic performance is tested by the fluorescent inspection and the hairy coarse surface cleaning experiment.As a result,its cleaning rate is above 98% and it has no fluorescence quenching effect.It shows a wide application for the fluorescent penetrating inspection of steel and aluminum.
