摘要
心脏移植是终末期心脏病患者唯一有效且经济的治疗手段,然而,却面临着供体严重不足及移植后免疫排斥等问题。近年来,基于心脏全器官脱细胞技术进行心脏再造的研究为心脏移植供体来源提供了新的出路,有望解决这些问题。我们对基于脱细胞基质的心脏全器官再造研究进展进行了综述。
Heart transplantation is the single most effective treatment for patients with end stage heart failure.However,a severe shortage of cadaveric organ donors and transplant rejection remains the major difficulties and chief obstacle in heart transplantation so far.In recent years,a new way of heart reconstruction based on whole heart decellularization provides alternative sources of heart transplant donors and can potentially solve those problems.We provide an overview of the research progress of whole-organ heart reconstruction by using decellularied extracellular matrix(ECM) as a biologic scaffold material.
