摘要
以神经功能评分为指标,利用正交实验设计筛选电针人中穴干预大脑中动脉闭塞模型(MCAO)大鼠的最佳参数组合。参照Zea Longa线栓法加以改进制作大脑中动脉闭塞模型,按正交设计分九组不同的电针参数组合干预,以Zausinger六分法评分作为神经功能评价效应指标。电针人中穴的电流因素是改善MCAO大鼠神经功能缺损评分显著因素(P<0.05),刺激频率和刺激电流最优搭配是2 Hz、3 mA。电针人中(2 Hz,3 mA)组与模型组治疗后神经功能评分比较有显著意义(P<0.01)。电针人中穴的电流因素是改善MCAO大鼠神经功能缺损评分的重要因素,且刺激频率和刺激电流存在最优搭配方案。此方案可以明显改善神经功能评分。
Taking the neurological score as an indicator,we screened the best combination of parameters on EA Renzhong(DU26) to intervent rats of MCAO by using of orthogonal experimental design.According Zea longa suture method to make MCAO,and all rats were divided into nine EA parameter groups by using of orthogonal design and zausinger six points score as neurological evaluation method effect indicators.The current factor was significant one on EA Renzhong(DU26) in rats of MCAO to improve neurological function(P < 0.05),the optimal mix of stimulation frequency and stimulation current was 2 Hz,3 mA.EA Renzhong(DU26)(2 Hz,3 mA) group compared with the model group after treatment,neurological function score had significant difference(P < 0.01).Current factor is significant factor on EA Renzhong(DU26) in rats of MCAO to improve neurological function,and stimulation frequency and stimulation current have optimal mix.This mix can significantly to improve neurological function.
