Automatic Measurement of Needle Lift in Electronic Controlled Fuel Injector

摘要 为了满足电控喷油器喷油特性测试要求,研究设计了电控喷油器针阀升程的自动测量装置。在简要说明了电控喷油器的结构和工作原理的基础上,提出了基于激光传感器的针阀升程非接触式测量方法,构建了喷油器针阀升程测试系统,研究了测试系统的测量机理并完成了硬件和软件的设计。在高压共轨喷油试验台进行了测试试验,结果表明:该方法能较好地满足电控喷油器针阀升程测试要求。 To meet measurement demand of fuel injection characteristics in electronic controlled injector,automatic measurement of needle lift in electronic controlled injector is studied.Based on that structure and work principle of electronic controlled injector are briefly analyzed,non-contact measurement method for needle lift of laser sensor is presented,measurement system for injector needle lift is constructed,measurement principle,hardware selection and software design are described.And measurement experiment is made on common rail fuel injection bench with high pressure.Test results show that the measurement method can meet the demands of fuel injection characteristics in electronic controlled injector.
