Practical Exploration of Sustainable Development of Adult Diploma Education——Taking Dalian Education University for Example

在挑战与机遇并存的当下,成人学历教育机构若要实现可持续发展,必须改革求变,探索新出路,寻求新发展。本文以大连教育学院学历教育中心近年来在发展规划、课程建设、师资培养三个方面的探索及实践为个案,呈现其卓有成效的经验性做法,以资为同类型成人学历教育提供可借鉴的行动方向。

Facing both challenges and opportunities,adult diploma education agencies must reform and explore to realize sustainable development.Using center of adult diploma education of Dalian Education University as the example,the paper presents its experience in working out development project,constructing courses,and training faculty for other similar agencies to use for reference.
