随着高校连续五年扩招 ,我国高等教育规模已进入大众化初级阶段。诠释了马丁·特罗对高等教育阶段论的定义及特点。提出了我国高等教育大众化应重点解决大学自治、投资多元化、结构多样化、大众化区域性、精英教育、质量标准多样化以及生源开发等问题。

With the five-year's enrollment expansion of college fresh students, China's higher education has stepped up into the primary stage of popularization of higher education. Martin Telo's definition and nature of his higher education development process are expounded. Our higher education should be developed independently, with multi-investment, multi-structure, multi-quality and development of enrollment resources.
