肝纤四项指标与B型超声联合检测对晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化诊断的价值

The value of four indexes of liver fibrosis detection combined with type-B ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis of advanced schistosomiasis

目的探讨透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)与B型超声检查对晚期日本血吸虫病(以下简称晚血)肝纤维化的诊断价值。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法(C LIA)对305例晚血患者同时进行血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ的浓度检测与B型超声检查肝实质性纤维化程度。结果随着晚血肝纤维化程度的发展,血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ四项指标水平逐渐升高。结论血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ与超声联合检测在晚血肝纤维化诊断中具有一定的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the detection of hyaluronic acid(HA),layer mucin(LN),TypeⅢserum collagen(PCⅢ),and typeⅣcollagen(CIV) combined with type-B ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis of advanced schistosomiasis.Methods The serum concentration of HA,LN,PCⅢand CⅣof 305 advanced schistosomiasis patients were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) method,and examined by type—B ultrasonic at the same time.Results With the development of liver fibrosis,the serum concentration of HA,LN,PCⅢand CⅣincreased gradually.Conclusion It has diagnostic value to detect HA,LN,PCⅢand CⅣcombined with type-B ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis of advanced schistosomiasis patients.
