哈尔滨市服务行业人群蠕形螨感染情况及相关因素分析

The investigation of facial infection with Demodex mites in service staff in Harbin and relevant factors analysis

目的了解哈尔滨市服务行业人群蠕形螨感染情况并对相关因素进行分析。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法检测哈尔滨市部分饭店、宾馆和美发店服务员蠕形螨感染情况:采用调查问卷方式收集受检人员包括一般信息、是否有面部疾患、洗脸习惯以及是否混用他人日常用品等情况,并分析与蠕形螨感染的关系。结果在送检的449位受检者中,有196人感染蠕形螨,感染率为43.65%;男性184人,感染人数89人,感染率为48.36%;女性265人,感染人数95人,感染率为35.85%,男性感染率高于女性。不同职业人群中,从事美发服务业的蠕形螨阳性率最高占64.52%,饭店服务员的阳性率最低为21.14%。面部患有痤疮、酒渣鼻、毛囊炎等皮肤疾病者蠕形螨阳性率为67.36%,显著高于正常者的15.94%。从鼻翼部位检测出蠕形螨的人数是159,占感染人数的81.12%,从下颌部位检测出有68位感染者,占感染人数的34.69%。常混用他人日常用品的人群阳性率为54.31%,显著高于不混用者的15.67%。结论蠕形螨在人群中普遍感染,感染率与性别、职业、日常生活习惯和皮肤疾病等因素相关。

Objective To investigate the infection rate of Demodex mites in service staff in Harbin and analyze relevant factors.Methods The situation of Demodex mites infection was tested by the method of sellotape paste;the relative information including gender,age,conditions of skin and living habits were collected by questionnaire and the relationship between the infection and the factors was analyzed.Results For the 449people examined,196 of them were infected Demodex Mites with the infection rate of 43.65%.The infection rate was 48.36%for the male and and 35.85%for the female.The highest positive rate was in the hairdresser(64.52%) and the lowest in the waiter of restaurant(21.14%).The positive rate in people with skin diseases was67.36%,which was significandy higher than that of the normal people(15.94%).The detection rate in the location of dilator naris(81.12%) was higher than that of the lower mandible(34.69%).The positive rate was54.31%in people using impersonal daily-use,which was significandy higher than the normal group(15.67%).Conclusion Demodex Mites infection is widespread in the crowd and it is closely related with gender,occupation,health habits and skin diseases.
