西气东输二线和中亚天然气管道工程,是我国目前最长、规模最大的天然气管道项目。中国石油天然气管道局在这两项工程中投入了8个先进技术水平的双焊炬全自动焊焊接机组,本文介绍了全自动焊机组的主要设备配备、坡口形式和在工程的应用情况.并与传统的焊条十半自动焊工艺进行了比较。

China petroleum pipeline bureau has deployed 8 advanced welding crews with double torch automatic machine in the project of the second West-East nature gas pipeline and China-Asia nature gas pipeline, which are the longest and biggest nature gas pipeline in china. This paper introduced the main equipment of the automatic welding crew, formation of bevel, its application in project, and also the comparison with traditional 'electrode-semi-auto' welding process.
