摘要
精密内插器的性能是影响峰值功率分析仪时间测量精度的最重要因素。本文介绍了窄脉冲发生和窄脉冲展宽技术的原理及设计思想,分析了时间扩展的非线性误差及其解决方案,并成功应用于某型号峰值功率分析仪中。结果表明,精密内插技术可以有效消除被测信号的抖动。
The performance of the precise interpolation is the most important factor which affecting the precision of time measuring in peak-power analyzer. The paper introduces the theory and design idea of the narrow pulse generating and pulse-expanding, and analyses the nonlinear error and its resolvent of pulse-expanding. It has been applied to one type of peak-power analyzer. The result shows that the precise interpolation technique can eliminate the jitter of measuring signal availably.
