不同配伍桃仁对赤芍水煎液中芍药苷含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:考察配伍桃仁对赤芍水煎液中芍药苷含量的影响。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,分别对赤芍单煎、与桃仁合煎以及与川芎合煎的水煎液进行含量测定并比较差异。结果:芍药苷含量以赤芍与桃仁合煎液中最高,赤芍川芎合煎液与赤芍单煎液含量基本相同。结论:配伍桃仁能提高赤芍水煎液中芍药苷含量。 Objective: To investigate the influence on the content of paeoniflorin of Paeoniae Radix Rubra in decoction after in combination with Persicae Semen. Method: Paeoniae Rubra Radix was respectively decocted alone, decocted with Persicae Semen or Chuanxiong Rhizoma. The contents of paeoniflorin were investigated by HPCE. Result: The highest content of paeoniflorin was found in the decoction of Paeoniae Radix Rubra combined with Semen Persicae. The content of paeoniflorin in the decoction of Paeoniae Radix Rubra combined with Chuanxiong Rhizoma was almost the same as that in decoction of Paeoniae Radix Rubra alone. Conclusion: Persicae Semen in combination with Paeoniae Radix Rubra might increase the content of paeoniflorin in decoction.
