品管圈活动在降低中药饮片发药差错件数(内差)中的实践 被引量:13

摘要 目的:降低中药饮片调配差错率。方法:成立品管圈,按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动,比较活动前后中药饮片配发差错件数,从而确认活动效果。结果:推行品管圈活动,能显著降低中药饮片发药差错件数,目标达标率100%,进步率73.85%。结论:在降低中药饮片发药差错件数,确保临床用药安全、有效同时,培养了科室成员解决问题的能力,增强了科室的集体荣誉感和凝聚力。 Objective: To reduce the errors of dispensing traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Method: QCC was set up and various activities were carried out according to 10 steps of QCC. The activity effect was validated by comparing the error rate of dispensing TCM. Result: The implementation of QCC can significantly reduce the error rate in dispensing TCM. The success rate of target was 100% with progress rate of 73.85%. Conclusion: The reduced error rate of dispensing TCM ensures safety and effective clinical medication. And the ability to solve problems of personnel is improved with the enhanced sense of honor and cohesiveness.
