摘要
目的:了解竹虱主要的化学大类成分;测定10批不同产地的竹虱粗蛋白的含量,确定竹虱粗蛋白含量限量。方法:采用化学成分系统预试经典方法和微量凯氏定氮法测定含量。结果:系统预试发现竹虱中含有蛋白质、氨基酸、多肽、甾醇、生物碱等成分;凯氏定氮法测定10批竹虱中粗蛋白含量平均为18.16%,各批次粗蛋白含量接近,建议竹虱粗蛋白含量不得低于14.53%。结论:微量凯氏定氮法准确、快速,适用于竹虱粗蛋白的含量测定。
Objective:To investigate the main chemical compositions of Zhushi and detect Zhushi crude protein contents of ten different origins in order to ensure Zhushi protein content limit.Method:Content was detected by systematic chemical pretesting classical method and micro-Kjeldahl method.Result:The preliminary test indicated that Zhushi contained chemical components such as protein,amino acid,peptide,sterol,alkaloids and etc.The average content of 10 batches of samples was 18.16%.Each batch crude protein content had little difference,so Zhushi crude protein content was suggested to be no less than 14.53%.Conclusion:The micro-Kjeldahl method is accurate,fast and suitable for Zhushi crude protein content determination.
