冬虫夏草极细粉质量标准研究

Study on the quality standards of Cordyceps sinensis minuteness powder

目的:建立冬虫夏草极细粉质量标准。方法:冬虫夏草极细粉性状及显微鉴定,对冬虫夏草极细粉进行TLC鉴别;采用《中国药典》2010年版的方法测定不同批次冬虫夏草的水分并制定限度;采用高效液相色谱法测定冬虫夏草中腺苷的含量并制定限度。结果:性状、显微鉴定方法简便、准确,TLC鉴别专属性强;HPLC法测定腺苷含量,其线性范围为0.04μg～0.36μg,平均回收率为99.43%,RSD=0.78%。结论:建立了冬虫夏草极细粉质量标准,该标准方法简便可行,重现性好,可有效控制冬虫夏草极细粉的质量。

Objective:To establish Cordyceps sinensis minuteness powder quality standards.Method:Various,chengdu 611175,Sichuan indicators for the quality control of Cordyceps sinensis minuteness powder were systematically studied including characters identification,microscopic identification and TLC identification.According to the relevant regulations in the 2010 edition Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the water and total ash of different batches of Cordyceps sinensis were detected,and the limitation were established.The content of adenosine was detected,and the limitation was established based on the HPLC.Result:The methods of characters identification,microscopic identification were simple,convenient and accurate.TLC identification had a high specificity.The content of adenosine was detected by HPLC.The adenosine presented a good linear correlation in the range of 0.04 μg一0.36 μg.The average recovery was 99.43%(RSD=0.78%).Conclusion:The quality standards of the Cordyceps sinensis minuteness powder are established.The standards are simple,convenient and workable,and they can provide effective quality control of Cordyceps sinensis minuteness powder.
