摘要 目的:寻找主产区丹参药材及净饮片中重金属元素铜含量与规格等级的关系。方法:以湿法消解处理样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定和分析铜的含量。结果:铜含量的线性范围为0~0.8μg/mL,相关系数R=0.99991,饮片中铜含量为8.429~15.263mg/kg。结论:按照传统饮片分级方法划分的不同级别丹参净饮片中铜的含量不同:药材规格高的均高于规格低的,饮片均低于药材。 Objective:To explore the relationship between specification grades and content of Cu in the major production area of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and slices. Method:FAAS was used to detect the element Cu content and wet digestion process was used in sample pretreatment. Result:The linear range of Cu content was 0 μg﹒mL-1~0.8 μg﹒mL-1 (R=0.99991). The Cu content in Slices made of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was 8.429 mg﹒kg-1~15.263 mg﹒kg-1. Conclusion:According to the traditional methods of medicinal slices classification, slices made of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is divided into different grades. The Cu content of high grads is significantly higher than low ones, and which in slice is lower than medicinal material.
