摘要
目的:建立莲苓清热颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XBD-C18柱(150×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(44∶56);流速为0.5 mL/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为335 nm.结果:野黄芩苷的线性范围为0.0501~0.501 μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.77%(RSD=0.929%).结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为莲芩清热颗粒的质量控制方法.
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of scutellarin in Lianling Qingre granules. Method:HPLC was used. The analysis was carried on Agilent Eclipse XBD-C18(150×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (44:55). The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃. And the detection wave length was set at 335 nm. Result:The response of scutellarin was linear in the ranges of 0.0501μg ~0.501 μg (r = 0.9999) respectively. The average recovery was 99.77 % with RSD of 0.929%. Conclusion:The method is simple with high sensitivity and good repeatability. It can be used for quality control of Lianling Qingre granules.
