摘要
辨证服用七宝美髯丹加减方和自购服用何首乌茶后均出现寒战(chills)、高热(fever)等症状,综合分析当为何首乌所致药物热。长期以来,人们将何首乌视为强身延年、乌须黑发、治病疗疾之良药,往往忽视其毒副反应。"是药三分毒",何首乌之"毒",当慎重以对。
Chills and high fever symptoms were observed after taking Qibao Meiran Dan or Heshouwu tea. Drug fever was found to be caused by Heshouwu after comprehensive analysis. For a long time,Heshouwu had been taken as an effective medicine for physical health, longevity, blacking hair and beard,treating diseases etc, while its side effects and toxicity were often ignored. In traditional Chinese medicine theory, most drugs had side effect or toxicity, more or less, especially when it was misused. A discreet attitude should be taken towards the toxicity of Heshouwu.
