The identification of Cordyceps and its counterfeit

目的:一种伪品冬虫夏草的鉴别,找出与冬虫夏草之间的异同点。方法:采用性状鉴定法、微性状鉴定法、显微鉴定法,将伪品与冬虫夏草进行比较。结果:该伪品虫草在性状、显微特征等方面与冬虫夏草具有明显的区别。结论:该伪品虫草非虫体与子座的复合体,而是人为的加工品,是一种植物的根插入虫体制成。其子座横切面没有冬虫夏草应有的孢子囊构造,而为一种植物组织构造。

Objective: To identify a counterfeit of Cordyceps,and find the difference and similarity between them.Method: Pharmacognosy routine methods including macroscopic identification,micromorphological identification and microscopical identification were used to observe the characters of the counterfeit of Cordyceps and compared it with Cordyceps.Result: The counterfeit had a clear distinction with Cordyceps in terms of macroscopic and microstructure features.Conclusion: The counterfeit of Cordyceps is not the complex made by the larva and the stroma,but made by artificial processing of inserting root into larva.The cross-section of the stroma is a plant tissue construct but not the ascus structure of Cordyceps.
