摘要
蚕沙入药历史悠久,是动物药排泄物入药的重要代表药之一。其在我国分布广泛,资源丰富且富含多种有效成分,具祛风除湿、和胃化浊、活血通经之功效,广泛运用于现代临床。本研究通过查阅文献,从蚕沙的本草考证、化学成分及提取工艺研究、药理作用和现代临床运用研究等方面,全面系统介绍蚕沙入药的研究情况,旨在为今后的相关研究提供参考依据。
Silkworm excrement is widely distributed in all regions of China.As one of the representatives of the excreta used as medicines,it is rich in resources and has a long history of medicinal application.It is widely used in the modern clinic,with the functions of dispelling wind and dissipating dampness,regulating stomach and eliminating turbid,activating blood and promoting menstruation.The herbal textual research,the chemical constituent and extraction process,the pharmacological action and the modern clinical use of research are analyzed and summarized in this article,in order to provide reference information for the relevant research.
