关于国际法教学模式的几点思考

On the Teaching Model of International Law

1998年,教育部全国高等学校法律教学指导委员会将国际法学列为高等学校本科法学专业的十四门核心课程之一。国际法是一门理论性强、实践丰富、内容庞杂的本科法学专业核心课程,传统的教学方法与手段难以达到教学目的。课程教学改革包括清晰梳理课程体系、透彻讲解国际法学理论;利用多种教学手段、视频资料、网络教学平台,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力。

International law,which was listed as one of the 14 core curriculum of Law Undergraduate by the University Law Teaching Guidnce Committee of Education Mininstry in 1998,with rich theories and practices,is difficult to achieve the purpose of teaching by the traditional teaching methods and means.Teaching reform of curriculum system can cultivate students’ ability to analyze and solve problems.The methods and means includes explaining international law theories clearly;using a variety of teaching methods,such as video data,network teaching platform.
