摘要
在健美操教学中,为提高教学质量。根据教学内容采用动作定量与对应素质进行教学,即每次课根据动作难、中、易,采取循序渐进的教学方法,进行定量安排动作内容。同时按动作要求,进行相应的定量素质练习。通过半年的教学实践,经过试验对比,实验组成绩明显好于对照组。说明所采用的教学方法,是符合教学原则的,并收到了较好的效果。
In aerobics teaching,to improve teaching quality.According to the teaching content the action and the corresponding quantitative teaching quality are applied,that is to say,according to the action difficult degrees,the progressive teaching methods are used in each class,action contents are arranged quantitatively.Meanwhile according to the movement requirements,quality exercise is carried out.After a half year teaching practice,by experimental comparison,the experimental group performed significantly better than the other group.It is proved that the teaching methods are fit for the principle of teaching and received good results.
