摘要 为了克服单一稠化剂在应用中的缺陷,将羟丙基瓜尔胶(HPG)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)复合作为稠化剂,氧氯化锆为交联剂,制得复合压裂液。对制得的压裂液耐温抗剪切性能、滤失性能和岩心伤害性能等进行评价。结果表明,该压裂液性能优越,滤失系数低于10×10-4m/min0.5,破胶液残渣含量低于200 mg/L,对岩心基质伤害率小于10%。说明HPG与PAM复配具有很好的协同增黏效果。 In order to overcome the shortcomings of a single thickener in application,a composite fracturing fluid was prepared using HPG and PAM as composite thickeners and zirconium oxychloride as a crosslinker.The fracturing fluid was evaluated on heat-resistance and shearing,filtration property,and damage to core,etc.The results showed that the fracturing fluid behaved well,with the filtration coefficiency,the residue content in the broken solution,and the rate of damage to core 10×10-4 m/min0.5,200 mg/L,and 10% respectively,suggesting there was a synergism between HPG and PAM for thickening after being compounded.
