摘要
考察了高、低浓度的HPAM在不同反应条件下对碳酸钙结垢的影响。结果表明,HPAM对碳酸钙结垢有一定的抑制作用,HPAM浓度越高,抑制作用越明显。HPAM短时间内能抑制碳酸钙结垢,温度升高会减小其抑制作用,40℃时HPAM对碳酸钙结垢的抑制作用最明显。低浓度HPAM在pH=9时对碳酸钙形成的抑制作用最大,但高浓度HPAM对碳酸钙的抑制作用随着pH值的增加而减小。
The effects of HPAM with high or low concentration on scaling of calcium carbonate under various reaction conditions were examined.The experimental result showed that HPAM could inhibit calcium carbonate from scaling,and the higher the concentration of HPAM,the more obvious inhibition.The time for inhibition of calcium carbonete from scaling was short.The inhibition decreased with the rise of temperature,and with the most obvious effect at 40 ℃.HPAM with low concentration had the best inhibition for calcium carbonate at pH=9,while HPAM with high concentration had decreased inhibition with the increase of pH.
