中低渗高温油藏乳状液驱油体系的研究

摘要 用HLB值及界面张力法筛选出驱油用乳状液所需的CH系列表面活性剂,并对其配制的乳状液体系进行了性能评价。结果表明,在110℃下,表面活性剂CH8/NX9模拟原油/纯5注入水配制的乳状液转相点含水率为55%,体系抗剪切稀释能力强;含水率为40%~80%时,乳状液体系随着时间变化呈"乳化-破乳-再乳化"动态平衡;物理模拟实验证明,乳状液驱对采收率的贡献大于活性水驱。 A surfactant for use in emulsion flooding system was selected from CH series surfactants based on HLB value with interfacial tension method,and the performance of the emulsion flooding system prepared with this surfactant was evaluated.According to the results of evaluation,the water content at reverse phase point of the emulsion prepared with surfactant CH8,simulated crude oil NX9 and the injected water from Chun-5 Station is 55% at 110 ℃,and the system is of high shearing dilution resistant capacity.When the water content is 40% to 80%,the emulsion system changes in a dynamically balanced pattern of 'emulsification-demulsification-emulsification' over time.According to the results of physical simulation experiment,the contribution to recovery efficiency of the emulsion flooding system is larger than that of surfactant flooding system.
