摘要
对以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体合成的油井水泥降失水剂FAN进行性能评价,结果表明,FAN具有较好的耐高温降失水能力和一定的缓凝性能,且对水泥石早期强度的发展影响不大。FAN掺量为0.5%的水泥浆在160℃时失水量小于100 mL,在110℃,21 MPa条件下养护24 h的抗压强度达26.1MPa。分析了降失水剂FAN的降失水机理。
The performances of fluid loss additive FAN were evaluated,which was synthesized from 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS),N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP),and acrylamide.The results showed that FAN had good fluid loss control ability under high temperature,slight retarding performance,and little effect on the strength of the cement in early stage.The fluid loss of the cement mortar containing 0.5% FAN could be controlled less than 100 mL under 160 ℃ and the compressive strength could reach up to 26.1 MPa after curing 24 hours under 110 ℃,21 MPa.The mechanism of fluid loss control of FAN was also analyzed.
