摘要
筛选出高强度脲醛树脂复合堵剂体系配方,岩心流动实验表明,复合堵剂体系突破压力梯度为23.63 MPa/m,具有较好的耐冲刷性能,封堵有效期长。采用自制解堵剂(JD-1)降解高强度脲醛树脂复合堵剂,降解过程中溶液体系呈澄清,黏度先增加后降低至解堵剂初始黏度;岩心流动实验表明,解堵剂使注入脲醛树脂复合堵剂体系的岩心渗透率恢复率达94.47%。
An optimum formulation of high strength urea formaldehyde resin composite water shutoff agent system was selected.Core flow experiment showed that the breakthrough pressure gradient of this composite water shutoff agent is 23.63 MPa/m and it has good washing resistant performance and long period of effective blocking.The high strength urea formaldehyde resin water shutoff agent was degraded with a self-made blocking remover(JD-1).The solution system is clear,and its viscosity is reduced to the initial viscosity of the blocking remover after being increased at the beginning during degradation.Core flow experiment showed that the permeability of the core into which urea formaldehyde resin composite water shutoff agent was injected was resumed by 94.47% after the blocking remover was used.
