摘要
水分、色度及硝酸盐含量是影响精己二酸产品质量的主要参数,在实际生产过程中,对影响上述参数的因素进行研究,通过调整结晶器、流化床、离心机的操作参数、以及活性炭的加量等,达到优化产品质量的目的。
Moisture,chroma and nitrate content are the main factors affecting the quality of purified adipic acid product.The factors affecting above parameters were studied during actual production process,and the product quality was optimized by means of adjusting the operation parameters of crystallizer,fluidized bed and centrifuge as well as the addition of activated carbon,etc.
