摘要
以H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂,正戊醇和己酸为原料,合成了己酸戊酯。通过正交试验,探讨了正戊醇与己酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量及反应时间对产物收率的影响,得到了最佳合成条件。实验结果表明,在n(正戊醇)∶n(己酸)=1.1∶1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.5%,带水剂环己烷8 mL,反应时间60 min的优化条件下,己酸戊酯的收率可达80.8%。采用红外光谱和X射线衍射对催化剂和产物进行了表征。
Pentyl hexanoate was synthesized from n-pentanol and hexanoic acid using H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 as catalyst.The effects of molar ratio of n-pentanol to hexanoic acid,dosages of the catalyst and water-carrying agent,and reaction time on the yield of the product were investigated by orthogonal experiment and the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of n-pentanol to hexanoic acid 1.1:1,the dosage of the catalyst based on the total mass of the feed stocks 1.5%,the dosage of cyclohexane as water-carrying agent 8 mL,and the reaction time 60 minutes.The yield of pentyl hexanoate could reach 80.8% under the above conditions.The catalyst and the product were characterized by IR and XRD.
