摘要
研究了硫酸氢钠催化油酸甲酯合成环氧油酸甲酯的过程及其影响因素。确定了环氧化反应的最佳合成条件:m(油酸甲酯)∶m(过氧化氢)∶m(甲酸)∶m(硫酸氢钠)=1∶0.6∶0.25∶0.012,反应温度60℃,反应时间5 h。在此条件下合成的环氧油酸甲酯的酸值为0.36 mg KOH/g,碘值为2.60 g/(100 g),环氧值为3.91%。利用红外光谱表征了原料和产物的结构,并用气相色谱分析了产物的含量。
The processes and influencing factors of the synthesizing epoxidized methyl oleate catalyzed by sodium bisulfate were studied.The optimum epoxidation conditions were determined: m(methyl oleate):m(hydrogen peroxide):m(formic acid):m(sodium bisulfate)=1:0.6:0.25:0.012,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time was 5 hours.The acid value,iodine value,and epoxy value of the epoxidized methyl oleate synthesized under above conditions were 0.36 mg KOH/g,2.60 g/(l00 g),3.91% respectively.The structures of the raw material and the product were characterized by infrared spectrum.And the content of the product was analyzed by gas chromatography.
